The decor and furnishings have been expertly selected and the kitchen area contains everything necessary to make this a wonderful stay in the heart of the village. Just 2 minutes walk from the local, very well stocked supermarket and several reasonably priced local restaurants. The balcony provides views over the village to sea and mountains/hills. The secluded pool area and well stocked garden are a delight. The owners do everything possible to make your holiday a good experience. Just one small point worth mentioning, Le Balcon is accessed by an outside staircase - means it is totally self contained but if you have difficulty with steps the equally wonderful Summerhouse next to the pool area may be easier. Not our first time in Cyprus but certainly the best self catering accommodation we have had." Philip, Sheffield.

This one-bedroom studio apartment forms part of a beautiful village house. The house is set in the lovely village of Peyia. From the balcony you can take in the views of Peyia, with its picturesque church and village square. Beyond Peyia you can see the Paphos Coastline running form Coral Bay down to Paphos Town. The sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean lay before you.

The house is regarded as one of the most beautiful in Peyia Village and has a wealth of original details and unique features. The decor and atmosphere will transport you to a unique and relaxing holiday experience. There is nothing to compare with it in the whole of Peyia.

The owners, who reside in a separate part of the property, welcome you to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine with them. Or simply keep "yourself to yourself" and enjoy the apartment, balcony and superb views, garden and wonderful pool area.

The owners are a working couple, running a popular antiques and textile shop in the village.

Situated centrally in the village, you are a few minutes stroll to the village centre, with its church, supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and tavernas. A car is not essential but we recommend you consider hiring one, as Peyia is an excellent base to explore this wonderful region of Paphos.

A few minutes drive away is the popular holiday resort of Coral Bay, with its lovely beaches (the best in Paphos), bars, shops, restaurants and great nightlife.

The house has a very relaxed and romantic feeling, and is particularly suitable for couples: superb honeymoon accommodation or perhaps to celebrate a special anniversary or just to wind down and escape to a world far away from the stresses of modern working life.
