Kato Pafos, the main tourist area, is only a ten minute drive away. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is also a ten minute drive. A mini- market is situated 50 meters away, and fine restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away.

On the ground floor is the spacious open plan sitting and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, dishwasher, freezer and oven.
On the first floor there are two elegant bedrooms, one twin and one double with bathroom and toilet.

From the big verandas, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, you can enjoy a wonderful sunset!

The big pool surrounded by the beautiful gardens is exclusively for you - for swimming, fun and relaxation!

A short distance you will find fine restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy the traditional Cypriot cuisine and Cypriot hospitality. A mini market for your daily shopping needs is only 50m away.

Kato Paphos is the main tourist area of the Paphos region. Plenty to see and do: picturesque harbour, restaurants and nightlife - only a 10 minute drive away. The whole town of Paphos is included in the official UNESCO world heritage list.
The fabulous Coral Bay resort, with its sandy beaches and restaurants, shops, bars and water sports is under a 10 minutes drive away.

Paphos Airport is about 35 minutes drive from the villas and Larnaca airport is about a 2 hour drive.

A 10 minute drive from the Sandy Beach of Coral Bay (the best beach for swimming in Pafos).

Akamas Peninsula and Tsada golf club are 20-30 minutes drive away.

Paphos waterpark is 15-20 minutes drive away.

Within 100 metres from the villas there is a tourist village with restaurant, bar and mini market. Another bar in 200 metres. More restaurants 500-1000m.
