Seaview House is a lovely 2 bedroom maisonette/villa, set in a very exclusive location on Chlorakas Beach overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. |
| From the door of the house you walk directly to a beautiful beach area, where the blue Mediterranean offers the best swimming on the coast. |
| The small group of villas and maisonettes form a desirable holiday village which is well established and well-maintained. Planted with Mediterranean flowers and palm trees, it has that special holiday atmosphere. |
| The maisonette offers very comfortable accommodation. Downstairs there is a lounge and kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a W.C. |
| Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other, twin beds. |
| Leading from the main bedroom is a spacious balcony with wonderful views across the lovely gardens and looking out to the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy your favourite drink here while watching the fabulous sunsets on the sparkling blue Med: "The Greatest Show On Earth!" |
| The maisonette is situated in a very quiet and relaxing location. However, it is just a short stroll to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. A bus stop is a close to the maisonette. A regular bus service runs to Coral Bay (10 minutes one way) and to Paphos Town, Tourist Area and harbour (10 minutes the other way). A car is NOT essential. |
| The sea for swimming is claimed to be the best on the Paphos coast and is just a short from the maisonette. The maisonette is very close to 2 excellent hotels where the pools and facilities can be used by hotel non-residents. |
| Facilities include: TV, radio, fridge, washing machine, CD, toaster, cooker, BBQ, iron and ironing board, all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and glass wear, kettle, outside lighting, open fireplace, etc |
