Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15 minutes drive to the West, with
its pretty harbour and castle surrounded by an array of fish restaurants
and taverns, and the archaeological park with some of the worlds most
famous mosaics. There are many shops to browse around, and further around
the bay there are more bars and lively night clubs.
2 golf courses are situated in the area, as well as a beautiful water
park, and you can also enjoy a wide range of water sports, boat hire,
fishing etc. You can also tour the authentic villages around coral bay, or
take a jeep safari to the Akamas park and visit the many areas of
outstanding natural beauty.
Accommodation / Facilities
Built to the highest standards, this villa offers bright airy
accommodation, with Italian marble floor tiles throughout, solid wood
kitchen and air conditioning throughout.
The ground floor is spacious and open – plan. The living area has 2
comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels, music system, DVD and Video
player. Two large patios windows open out onto the outside dining area,
and offer views of the pool and garden.
The dining area has a large dining table and chairs to seat 7 people. The
kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge / freezer, electric oven and
hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The utility room off the kitchen
houses the washing machine and laundry area, with iron and ironing board.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room,
which opens onto a private shaded terrace.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with twin beds, on has an en-suite shower
room, and the master bedroom has an en -suite bath with a shower. All
bedrooms have optional air conditioning.
A large sunbathing balcony is accessed via patio doors from the two
upstairs bedrooms, and a further roof-top terrace is available via an
external staircase with fantastic 360 degree views. This terrace offers
spectacular views of the local scenery and the evening sunsets.
Hand and bath towels, bed linen and pool towels are supplied for guests,
but please bring your own beach towels.
Outside Area
There is a shaded patio for outside dining and barbeque facilities. There
is also a private swimming pool 8 x 4m, sun lounges, table chairs and
parasols. The garden is landscaped with fruit and palm trees, and there is
a private drive providing parking space for the villa’s car. A Mazda Demio
car is offered for use with Villa Victoria.
