The villa provides ample room for 6 people. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Also provided: cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. In fact, everything you need for a great self-catering holiday.

The villa is close to all amenities and beaches.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony with a sea view and a barbeque.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with mature trees and plants.

There is a bus stop a short walk from the villa: The regular bus service runs through Coral Bay resort and on to Paphos Town, Harbour and tourist area.

The villa is next to (5 min walk) beautiful Corallia beach - the best of the Coral Bay beaches. Close to the villa: swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing (all water sports) including jet skis, pedelos, banana boats, paragliding, etc. Also nice places to walk, tennis, a sports center, shopping, a restaurant, a supermarket.

Also close to the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, bird park and much more.

Non-residents are welcome to use any of the hotel's first-class facilities, including the gym, tennis court, sauna, massage, pampering, etc, etc, all for very reasonable prices. The hotel is also a great place to dine.

A few minutes bus or taxi drive, or a pleasant 15 minute stroll, will take you to the famous Coral Bay strip. A couples/family-orientated resort area.
