Avoiding Problems

During your stay, ensure you have the contact telephone number of the property manager. If something goes wrong, or you are not happy with some aspect of the property on your arrival or during your stay, call this contact and give them the chance to correct matters.

As at home, machines can break down, cleaning ladies can get ill and not turn up. However, if you do not inform the person responsible, they cannot correct things. Also, if you do not give them the opportunity to put things right, any subsequent claim you make will be met with less sympathy.
