available properties in your chosen location and for

booking request is submitted, the owners are
automatically emailed
and asked to accept or decline the request within 24
hours.
You
will get a full quote and the price breakdown (deposit
and balance).
A 30%
deposit secures the accommodation for your dates. The
balance is due 56 days before your arrival.
The
property details show what is included and what are
optional extras and the prices of the extras.
The
terms of the booking and refund policies are also listed
with the property details and when you book.
Owners also
have the ability to set Early and Late booking
discounts.
It is always
wise to take out travel insurance - depending on
the circumstances you may be able to claim for any
payments made in case you have to cancel.
PaphosProperty.com and sometimes the owners are able to get quotes and arrange for
car hire and airport taxi transfers.
We will supply you with the contact number of someone locally who can deal
with any problems that may arise. Always make sure you
have the number of someone locally - request this from
the owner or PaphosProperty.com, if necessary. Nowadays, most owners
(if not managing themselves) have property management in
place to 'meet and greet', change linen and towel, do
mid-week cleans, handle problems, deal with repairs,
perhaps collect damage deposits, money for extras, etc.
Be sure to supply flight arrival times and numbers in
case someone is meeting you at the accommodation when
you arrive. If not, make sure you know where and how to
locate the key. If you are arriving late, request a
welcome pack (tea, milk, coffee, etc) - this may be a
chargeable extra, although most owners supply a free
welcome pack - check the property details.
We will supply you with the full
address, the directions and the key information -
print them off and take them with you, along contact
phone numbers. Always make sure you have the address,
direction and the key information - request them from
the owner or PaphosProperty.com, if necessary. Please note: as
standard, this information is only available once the
full payment for the accommodation has been made.
If you
haven't booked villa accommodation through the internet
before, it may seem a little daunting. Once you've done
it, you'll probably find this will be the only way
you'll book holiday accommodation in future!
