Please read the following
Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the Car Hire Booking Form
PaphosProperty.com ("the Company")
of 3, Kinyras St, Gloria House, Office 301, 8011, Paphos, Cyprus. These Terms &
Conditions govern all car bookings with PaphosProperty.com. Any booking
made or order placed by you, whether through the Company's website or otherwise,
shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant vehicle subject to
these terms & conditions. All bookings through our Company and all
matters arising from them are subject to Cypriot law and to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. The person who makes the
booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party
and is responsible for all payment due from the party. Booking services
with the company are currently only available to persons who are at least
18 years old. By submitting a booking you warrant and confirm to us that
you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
Inclusions:
All vehicles include Unlimited Mileage, Full Comprehensive Insurance,
CDW - Collision Damage Waiver, Free Collection/Delivery, VAT - Value Added
Tax, Child Seats - Free of Charge, Second Driver - Free of Charge, 24 Hour
Breakdown Service.
Exclusions:
PAI - Personal Accident Insurance, Additional Requested Item. Petrol
- You will be required to pay for locally, in CYŁ on collection of the
vehicle for a full tank of petrol. No refund for any unused petrol
will be made, when the vehicle is returned. Any damage caused to the vehicles
tyres or oil sump will be the responsibility of the Renter.
Driver Requirements:
Drivers must be over 23 years of age and have held a full driving license
for at least 3 years. Your full driving licence (including any counterpart
license) will be required to been shown when collecting the vehicle. Drivers
must be of good health. Any convictions or endorsements must be fully disclosed
before a booking is made.
Alterations by
the Company:
Please note that any cars listed are only examples. In the event of
the vehicle being booked being unavailable, the Company reserves the right
to substitute the booked vehicle for an alternative vehicle of the same
group, or higher group, at no extra charge.
Payments:
Full payment for all vehicles and products including any promotional
offers is required at the time of booking regardless of the product arrangements
being confirmed. In the event that the Company is unable to obtain final
confirmation of availability for the selected vehicle a full refund of
the payment will be made. The Company will not accept responsibility for
cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer
to our bank account. Booking confirmation together for the vehicle sent
by email or if requested, by fax or post
Cancellation by you:
You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time
however no refund will be made for any monies paid. In certain
cases any loss, if incurred involuntarily, may be covered by insurance
that you may have taken out. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Cancellation by us:
If deemed necessary the Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel
the vehicle booking. In this unlikely event you will be offered the choice
of renting another vehicle through the Company (subject to availability)
of the same group, or higher, at no extra cost. If this is not possible,
the Company will give a full refund of all monies paid to the Company.
No compensation is payable by the Company
Liability:
In consideration of the fact that the Company acts only as a booking
agent, the Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the
arrangements and, in particular, accepts liability for any loss, personal
injury or death however incurred. Although the Company uses all reasonable
endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, we cannot
accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that occur with the vehicles.
All information has been provided in good faith and no liability is accepted
whatsoever by the Company for any misrepresentation of any material or
information provided. No liability is accepted for the area occupied by
the Turkish.
